By accessing or enrolling in any course on CorrecVra Garden School you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. CorrecVra Garden School reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

• One account per individual or household is permitted.
• Shared accounts are not allowed.
• Students under 18 require guardian consent before enrollment.

3. Course Access and Usage

All courses, videos, worksheets and materials remain the intellectual property of CorrecVra Garden School. You receive a non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Recording, redistribution or public sharing of content is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

Course fees are due at enrollment. Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course has been accessed. After this window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 5 days prior to renewal.

5. Limitation of Liability

CorrecVra Garden School is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. The most current version will always be posted at correctvra.bond/terms.html.
